In your dashboard you will find three types of welfare plan:
- On top: a sum that is added to the salary. In this case, it is the company that chooses to include a welfare plan in its structure;
- PdR: this is the conversion of the performance bonus, obtainable if there is a second level agreement with the union. In this case, the company offers employees the option of choosing whether to convert the performance bonus into a welfare bonus or have it in a pay slip.
- CCNL: national contracts can regulate the allocation of sums to employees.
