If the company chooses to add new employees, Coverflex will issue an invoice based on the agreed unitary price considering a proportional amount (pro-rata) to the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
Example (monthly subscription): the company added a new employee on June 16th, and their monthly subscription had started on June 1st. On July 1st, Coverflex will issue an invoice for the new monthly fee (July 1st to to July 31st) plus an additional unitary amount corresponding to the period from June 16th to June 30th (15/30 * monthly price per employee).
Example (annual subscription): the company added a new employee on June 16th, 2022, and their annual subscription had started on June 1st, 2022. On July 1st, 2022, Coverflex will issue an invoice for an additional amount corresponding to the period from June 16th, 2022 to May 31st, 2023 (350/365 * annual price per employee).
These amounts will be invoiced on the reference date associated with the subscription in question, that is, on the next reference day (day of the month in which the company’s subscription was activated).
