What information do I need to provide to create employee profiles?

For each employee, we will need their tax code, full name, and email address. You can upload all the data using the template provided during the onboarding phase, which is useful to verify that the registration has been successful: in column AY, you will see the results of our checks.

If you don't see the OK message, there might be the following errors:

  • Duplicate tax code - there is another row in the file with the same tax code
  • Duplicate email - there is another row in the file with the same email
  • Missing information - you have not entered one or more required pieces of information
  • Tax code too long/short - the tax code has more or less than 9 characters (excluding spaces)
  • Commas - there are one or more commas in one or more cells

Check all the fields and correct any errors. If you continue to have problems, do not hesitate to contact us at aiuto@coverflex.com and we will take care of resolving them.
