With Coverflex you can pay for tickets and passes for public transport, let's see how in more detail.
For monthly and annual regional passes, you can request a refund in the "Public transport" category by attaching the payment invoice and the photo of your transport card in a single PDF or PNG or JPEG document.
If you want to pay for the pass directly with the Coverflex card, for instance subway or city bus ticket, you'll need to issue a Buono Acquisto voucher with the amount you're going to pay. This applies only if the Fringe benefit is activated by your company.
For single trips (train, plane and ferry) the amount is deducted from Recreation: you can pay directly with the Coverflex card. To do so, you'll need to make a Welfare category ready to use in "Recreation" before, in this case the right category to select is "Travel".
Refunds are not allowed for this expense category.
