I can't complete my first login
To complete your first login, click on the link we sent you via email. Select "Create account" to set your password and confirm your details. If the first access link has expired, you can request a new one via chat or email at aiuto@coverflex.com
I forgot my password
If you have already completed your first login and forgot your password, you can recover it by entering your email address here: https://my.coverflex.com/reset
I haven't received the SMS code to login
The code delivery might take a few minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, you can request a new code directly from the login screen. Verify that you entered the correct email address and that the last 3 digits of the phone number shown are correct.

Can I disable multi-factor authentication?
Currently, it is not possible to disable this feature. It is an additional protection for your Coverflex account that ensures the security of your benefits.
