If the Fringe benefit is activated by your company, you can issue a Buono Acquisto voucher, to do so you'll need to:
1. Click on "Welfare" in your account
2. Click on "Buoni Acquisto" tab
3. Select the desired amount you'll pay the merchant with
4. Confirm
Be aware that this operation is non-reversible, so once a Buono Acquisto is issued, you can't put it back in Welfare.
Be also aware that when the Welfare benefit is converted into Buoni Acquisto vouchers, that amount is added to that year's Fringe Usage.
From the company's perspective, it appears as if you've already used that amount. In effect, it's as if you'd purchased a gift card.
