I can't use my card, what might be the reason for this?

When you enter the wrong PIN when making a purchase, your card is blocked for security reasons. In order to use your card again, please contact us via our email at aiuto@coverflex.com, or through our online chat, and ask a member of our team to unlock your card.
The process is usually completed within 1 business day. Once your card has been unblocked you can use it again as usual.
We remind you that you can always change your PIN through Coverflex app.
