Have you received a charge or do you see a transaction attempt that you don't recognize? Do you suspect your card has been cloned?
In these cases, you'll need to block your Coverflex card first. To do this: access the app > click on the personal profile icon > select your card and click on "freeze".
Once blocked, contact us via chat or email at aiuto@coverflex.com, indicating the suspicious transaction. If possible, we will block the merchant and send you a new Coverflex card. Remember not to share the details of your new card with anyone!
