Online payments best practices

Let's discover together how to use the Coverflex card safely and avoid unpleasant incidents.

First of all, always make sure to make payments only on official and reliable websites. Verify that the site is secure by checking that the address starts with "https" and not "http".

Never share confidential information about your card, such as the complete number, expiration date, and security code (CVV). This rule applies to family members and friends as well.

For in-store payments, prefer using a digital Wallet for contactless payments: this will add an extra layer of security.

If you suspect your card has been cloned or notice suspicious transactions, contact us immediately via chat or email at aiuto@coverflex.com
