No, there are no limits. You can create as many ready-to-use Welfare categories as you like, of any type.
You can also create the same category multiple times at the same time.
For example, you can create 10 ready-to-use "Culture, Courses & Subscriptions" categories. Every time you make a transaction involving that category, such as a monthly subscription, they'll be ready and will be used up over time until they're exhausted, without you having to do this each time, for example, before a monthly charge.
To check how many ready-to-use Welfare categories you have available for each type of category, you can go to:
"Welfare" -> "Recent activities" -> "Categories ready to use"
