If the problem is temporary (power failure/connection), the transaction cannot be finalised , just as it happens with any other card. If, on the other hand, it is an ongoing problem, or one that is prolonged in time and could impact Coverflex customers when using the service, we ask you to please notify us promptly so that we can notify customers by temporarily removing you from the map of available merchants.
