Which benefit categories work with the reimbursement option?

You can make payments using your personal payment method and then request reimbursement via the app for expenses that fall into the following categories:

1. Public transportation
You can request reimbursement for public transportation expenses incurred by you or your cohabiting family members, such as:

  • monthly or annual passes (bus, subway, train, etc.)
  • public transportation cards or services

2. Education (only for dependent family members)
Reimbursement is only available for expenses incurred for family members (spouse, children, and, if dependent, parents or grandparents), including:

  • nursery and primary school
  • school and university fees
  • textbooks
  • canteen service
  • school transportation

Note: You cannot request reimbursement for educational expenses incurred for yourself. However, you can use your Coverflex Card directly for personal training courses.

3. Family Care
You can request reimbursement for expenses incurred for dependent family members or those over 75, such as:

  • hospital care
  • transportation and escort services
  • healthcare facilities or residences for the elderly/dependent
