Which documents are needed for Family care reimbursements?

With Coverflex, if your company has access to the ‘Family Care’ benefit, you can ask reimbursements for expenses related to your family members over 75 years of age, and dependent family members.

The expenses included in this benefit are: hospital care, transport and accompaniment services, nursing homes and home care.

To do so, log in to the app > enter the Welfare section > select the ‘Family Assistance’ section > fill in the fields and upload the required documentation.

The required documentation is the purchase invoice with the tax code and, if relevant, documentation with the doctor's request or similar. All in one PDF document.
